Prince Siegfried meets a young woman who has been turned into a swan by a sorcerer. He falls in love, but deception puts that love to the test. In a world where nothing is as it seems, longing, doubt and betrayal take shape through dance.

The white swans moving together across the stage are among the most famous images in classical ballet. The National Ballet of North Macedonia brings the story to life to Tchaikovsky’s music, which shifts between tenderness and menace.
