Terms and Conditions

Last updated: Mon, Mar 9, 2026

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Music Hall website, to requests for information submitted via forms, and to redirects to ticket sales for performances, events, and related services offered by Music Hall.

2. Company Information

Music Hall Classics, Graaf van Vlaanderenplein 7, 9000 Ghent, Belgium. For general inquiries, please contact us at info@musichall.be.

3. Informational nature of the website

Music Hall strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about productions, venues, performance dates, prices, and availability. However, obvious errors, technical glitches, typos, or temporary inaccuracies may occur and do not automatically bind Music Hall.

4. Ticket sales and external ticketing partners

For various performances, tickets are sold through external ticketing platforms, theaters, venues, or other sales partners. When you click through to an external sales system, that partner’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and payment terms also apply. In such cases, the agreement for the purchase of tickets is concluded in accordance with that sales partner’s terms and conditions.

5. Prices, Availability, and Changes

  • Prices shown are approximate unless otherwise stated.
  • Availability is subject to change at any time.
  • Music Hall reserves the right to change the program, cast, venues, dates, or times.
  • In the event of force majeure, safety concerns, or organizational necessity, a performance may be rescheduled or canceled.

6. No right of cancellation for tickets with a fixed date

In general, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets for leisure services with a specific date or time period. This applies, for example, to tickets for theater performances, shows, concerts, and similar live events.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Any rules regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, or credits depend on the organizational context and, where applicable, on the ticketing platform or venue managing the sale. If Music Hall itself communicates different terms for a specific production, that communication takes precedence in that particular situation.

8. Use of forms and account information

When you submit a contact, group, or VIP request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and relevant. Music Hall reserves the right to disregard incomplete or obviously incorrect requests.

9. Permitted Use of the Website

You may not misuse, disrupt, or scrape the website in any way that impairs its operation, distribute malicious code, or circumvent security measures. In such cases, Music Hall may take appropriate protective measures.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, images, trademarks, logos, videos, designs, and other elements on this website are the property of Music Hall or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Use, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted without prior written consent, except where expressly permitted by law.

11. Liability

Music Hall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or damages arising from external websites, ticket partners, or temporary unavailability of the website, except in cases where the law does not permit the exclusion of liability. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits the statutory rights of consumers that are mandatory.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Our privacy policy and cookie policy also apply to the processing of personal data and the use of cookies.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws, any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.

14. Changes

Music Hall may amend these terms and conditions if there are changes to the website, services, ticketing processes, or applicable regulations. The most recent version is always available on this page, with the updated date indicated.
