These terms apply to the use of the Music Hall website, information requests submitted through forms, and links to ticket sales for Music Hall performances, events and related services.

3. Informational nature of the website

Music Hall aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information about productions, venues, performance dates, prices and availability. Obvious errors, technical failures, typographical mistakes or temporary inaccuracies may occur, however, and do not automatically bind Music Hall.

4. Ticket sales and external ticket partners

For various performances, tickets are sold through external ticketing platforms, venues or other sales partners. When you follow a link to an external sales system, that partner’s terms, privacy rules and payment conditions also apply. In that case, the ticket purchase contract is concluded under the terms of that sales partner.

5. Prices, availability and changes

Prices shown are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Availability may change at any time.

Music Hall reserves the right to change programmes, casts, venues, dates or times.

A performance may be rescheduled or cancelled due to force majeure, safety reasons or organisational necessity.

6. No right of withdrawal for tickets on a fixed date

The purchase of tickets for leisure services on a specific date or during a specific period is, in principle, not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal. This includes tickets for theatre performances, shows, concerts and similar live events.

7. Cancellations, changes to bookings and refunds

Any rules on cancellation, changes to bookings, refunds or credit depend on the organisational context and, where applicable, on the ticketing platform or venue handling the sale. If Music Hall communicates different arrangements for a specific production, that communication takes precedence in the situation concerned.

8. Use of forms and account information

When you submit a contact, group or VIP enquiry, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete and relevant. Music Hall may decline to process incomplete or manifestly incorrect enquiries.

9. Permitted use of the website

You must not misuse or disrupt the website, scrape it in a way that harms its operation, spread malicious code or bypass security measures. Music Hall may take appropriate protective measures in such cases.

10. Intellectual property

All text, images, trademarks, logos, videos, designs and other elements on this website belong to Music Hall or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Their use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by law.

11. Liability

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
